Arise was retained by MCLT to develop a master plan for a 7 acre site envisioned to accommodate approximately 160 residential units, with an emphasis on long term affordability for local residents and environmental sustainability.

Our work included preparing the conceptual master plan for the full development, as well as the schematic design for the inaugural project: a three storey, 36 unit apartment building with typical one and two bedroom layouts designed using cross laminated timber (CLT) construction and modular wall systems. These materials supported MCLT’s efforts to build community support for the project and contributed to an early iteration of the feasibility analysis used for funding discussions.
